Referral Program

There is no form of advertising that is better than word of mouth, and there is no better advertiser than a person who actually uses a product. So I need your help, and I want to pay you for it. This is easy money at its best! How easy is this? Two simple steps:

1) Tell someone about MyBowlingDiary. Give them the address to the web site or our email address.

2) If that person subsequently purchases MyBowlingDiary and they mention you as the referral, you get paid. How much? It used to be $5. Until 3/31/2005 I will pay $10 for each qualified referral. Also, there are no ceilings or monthly limits.

When you purchase MyBowlingDiary, you are automatically registered in the referral program.

Here are a few simple rules (see Terms and Conditions):
1. The customer that you refer must be a new customer who purchases MyBowlingDiary for the first time (if they make other payment arrangements through us, this is acceptable)
2. The new customer must register and mention you by name when asked "How did you hear about MyBowlingDiary" - this is done either if they download the trial version OR when they register their new copy. If you have your own personal website, and have a link from your website to MyBowlingDiary.com this is acceptable. You MUST let us know the URL to your website.
4. You must be a current MyBowlingDiary customer.
5. Having a PayPal account is preferred (faster for you) but not required. If you do have a PayPal account I must have an email address under which it is registered. If you choose NOT to use PayPal I must have your current mailing address. All payments that are mailed out are paid via US Postal Money Order.
6. You must be properly registered in this referral program.

For each qualified referral, I will send you an email acknowledgement. Payments will be made each month (for the previous month) either via PayPal (preferred) or by money order mailed to your mailing address on file with us.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• You must be a current customer of MyBowlingDiary.com (you must have purchased the full version - demo version users are not eligible), with your program properly registered and in our database. Registrations from non-customers will be declined.

• Referrals are paid only for NEW MyBowlingDiary customers, who purchase MyBowlingDiary via www.mybowlingdiary.com (if other arrangements are made with us for purchase, this is acceptable)

• The new customer MUST register their product with us, and mention you BY NAME when registering. Referral links (see exceptions)and search engines are not accepted. Referrals are only credited on or after the date we register you in the program. Referrals before that date are not accepted.

• Exceptions are made if you have your own personal website and you have a link to mybowlingdiary.com from your website. You must provide the URL to your website on registration. You must also (within 24 hours of registration) provide a link from your website to www.mybowlingdiary.com

• Payments are made at the first of each month for the previous month. For example, referrals that are credited in May are paid around June 1st. There are NO upper limits to the amount of qualified referrals that you can obtain.

• You will receive an email for each qualified referral, and and email at the end of each month with a summary of all of your qualified referrals. You are encouraged to save these emails in case of dispute.

• MyBowlingDiary.com cannot be held responsible for delays in payment caused by loss of Internet connectivity, issues with the PayPal system or delays in the US Mail system. MyBowlingDiary.com will make a best effort to deliver payments as soon as possible after the end of the month.

• You have the right to withdraw from this program at any time. If you choose to withdraw from the program, you must send an email to register@mybowlingdiary.com with the subject line "Remove - Referral Program". You will be paid the following month for all qualified referrals up to the effective date of your withdrawal from the program (which is the date of the email).

• MyBowlingDiary.com has the right to end this program at any time. If we do decide to end the program you will be paid the following month for all qualified referrals made before the effective ending date of the program. We will give at least two weeks notice before ending the program.

• All payments are made in US funds.

• You are responsible for all state, local and federal taxes. For those participants that make over $600 in a calendar year, a form 1099 will be issued to them and will be reported to the IRS

• You are not an agent or employee of MyBowlingDiary.com for any purpose.

• Employees of MyBowlingDiary.com are not eligible.

• MyBowlingDiary.com has the right to decline any registration for any reason.
